We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our sales team.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Sales Manager role located in Tampere, Finland with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing Sales in the Nordic countries, providing excellent customer service, communicating with internal experts as well as partners to maximize sales through marketing activities.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service: Ability to provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish or Norwegian and English/Finnish
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and use it to make informed decisions
  • Technical degree or experience in technical B2B sales of engineered equipment
  • Experience in the concrete industry is a plus
