Polarmatic: Sustainable Solution for the Concrete Industry

Since 1968, Polarmatic has offered ground-breaking products and system solutions specifically designed for the concrete industry. Our mission is to provide superior equipment and services for producers of ready-mixed and precast concrete -- in the utmost sustainable method.

After water, concrete is the most widely-used substance on the planet. With this knowledge, we hold the responsibility to create a positive impact on the environment. Combined with leading technology, our products include curing, cooling, heating, control and information management solutions that revolutionize the manner in which concrete is maintained. With Polarmatic, the time and costs associated with fuel, operations and maintenance will be efficiently decreased.

A prime model of our innovative and environmentally-friendly approach is our Polarmatic heating system. It was initially developed with the aim of keeping construction sites in operation during the winter months, no matter how cold! For this purpose, a reliable high-powered and energy-efficient heating system capable of producing warm concrete with optimal water-to-cement ratio was necessary. The Polarmatic heating system is highly sustainable due to the lowest possible fuel consumption. It uses low NOx-burner technology in which reduces any emissions released. To top it all off, there is no generation of waste whatsoever.

The Polarmatic heating system is not classified as a boiler or pressure vessel. It certainly remains one-of-a-kind and intends to enhance the efficiency and productivity of the concrete industry while maintaining a sustainable method for solid foundations.
