COMBINED COOLING AND HEATING SOLUTION

The COOLMATIC cold and ice water units can be combined with a TURBOMATIC thermal energy unit to provide a fully-integrated, combined cooling & heating solution.

The TURBOMATIC thermal energy unit provides a total heating solution for quick melting of frozen aggregates, efficient preheating & heating of aggregates as well as production of all warm water needed for process (dosing, hollow core ), heating (facilities, production halls, offices etc) and utility (truck mixer wash/tank fill water etc.) purposes.

When combining the COOLMATIC with the TURBOMATIC thermal energy unit to form a combined heating and cooling solution, the TURBOMATIC’s hot water tank is utilized for storage of cold water and the same dosing water equipment utilized during cold weather operation to supply the warm dosing water to the water scale/water meter is utilized during warm weather operation to supply cold or ice water.
