As COVID-19 continues to impact communities around the world, we want you to know that Polarmatic remains committed to supporting your business and providing continuity of service even during these exceptional circumstances.
We, as of today, are not experiencing any confirmed cases of COVID-19. Having said that we are well aware that no one is immune to this global risk and are taking action to prevent it. We are closely following all recommendation of the government and health authorities and implementing them in full.
We are not able to visit customers due to travel restrictions throughout the world but will assist remotely in case you need help. Scheduled maintenance and installation work may need to be re-scheduled depending on how long the travel restrictions continue. Our project managers and customer service will be in touch with you if there is a need to re-schedule.
Our sales team, project management and customer service continue to support you working from home and can be reached by phone or email as usual and we are also able and well equipped to hold meetings with you online.
Our new Polarmoist webshop is also available at https://shop.polarmatic.com/ and you can place orders there at your convenience 24/7.
Our production is on-going and we can ship products and parts normally.
